黄缘闭壳龟人工饲养与繁殖的研究过去报道很少,两年来,曾对其生长速度进行了测定,现整理报告如下。 (一)材料与方法 1.实验动物 成年黄缘闭壳龟50只,雌雄各半,平均体重285.4克。幼龟13只,平均体重13.2克。 2.试验场地 室外水泥池6个(上加覆盖物,覆盖面积为池面积的1/2,冬眠期间则转于室内),规格为1.2×0.7×0.4(米)。 3.试验分组 成年龟共分5组,每组10只,雌雄各半。1组投喂新鲜蚯蚓,11组投喂新
