目的探究QC小组活动对体检管理中优化流程的作用。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9月在本院接受体检的人群作为研究组,共计5216人,同时选择2014年8月至2015年8月接受体检的5024人作为对照组,对照组行常规体检管理,研究组行QC小组活动管理,对比两组管理效果。结果研究组体检者的体检时间、体检质量以及满意度均好于对照组,数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QC小组活动可以缩减体检时间,提升体检质量以及体检者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of QC group activities on the optimization of medical examination management. Methods A total of 5,216 people were selected as subjects from September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital for physical examination. In addition, 5024 people who received physical examination from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the control group, while those in the control group were routinely Physical examination management, research group QC group activity management, compared two groups management effect. Results The physical examination time, physical examination quality and satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion QC group activities can reduce the physical examination time, improve the quality of medical examination and the satisfaction of the medical examiner.
