在冶金工业部能源办的直接指导下,由鞍山热能研究所主持的“耐火工业回转窑热平衡测定与计算方法暂行规定”(以下简称“暂规”)审定会议于1984年10月26～18日在鞍山召开。该“暂规”由冶金部鞍山焦化耐火材料设计研究院负责起草。来自全国重点耐火材料厂、有关高等院校及建材系统科研、生产等单位共30多位代表参加了会议。
