目的研究平面极性分化诱导剂六亚甲基双乙酰胺（ＨＭＢＡ）联合５ＦＵ对涎腺粘液表皮样癌的分化诱导作用。方法采用“５ＦＵ→ＨＭＢＡ”用药方案联合用药。结果ＨＭＢＡ对涎腺粘液表皮样癌有较强的分化诱导作用，当联合用药时ＨＭＢＡ的分化诱导作用被增强，另一方面，ＨＭＢＡ也明显增强了５ＦＵ的抗癌作用，两者显示出协同抗癌作用。结论将５ＦＵ与ＨＭＢＡ合用，对涎腺粘液表皮样癌的治疗可能具有一定应用价值
Objective To investigate the differentiation induction effect of hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) combined with 5FU on the differentiation of mucoepidermoid carcinoma in salivary glands. Methods The drug combination of “5FU→HMBA” was used. Results HMBA had a strong differentiation-inducing effect on mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the salivary glands. When the combination therapy was used, the differentiation-inducing effect of HMBA was enhanced. On the other hand, HMBA also significantly enhanced the anti-cancer effect of 5FU. Both showed synergistic resistance. Cancer effect. Conclusion Combining 5FU with HMBA may have certain application value in the treatment of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of parotid gland
