腹膜后神经鞘膜瘤是一种良性肿瘤,靠临床诊断极为困难,本院收治一例,现报告如下:患者女性,50岁,农民,因发现右上腹包块,感上腹不适到邻近县医院就诊,行CT检查,提示右肾上极病灶,考虑“肾上腺肿瘤”.患者无腰痛、腹痛、尿频、尿痛、血尿,无头昏、头痛、恶心、呕吐,来院就诊,以右上腹包块申请B超检查.B超检查:用SA-4800Hb型及SA-38AS型超声检查仪,探头频率为3.5MHz,在肾上腺区域探及14×10cm大小异常回声,形态规则,边界清楚,有完整包膜,与肾上极有清楚界限,其内见低回声及无回声区,超声提示:右肾上腺区域混合性占位,肝胆胰脾回声正常.手术所见:右腹膜后、肝下方、右肾上极上方,
Retroperitoneal nerve sheath tumor is a kind of benign tumor. It is very difficult to diagnose by clinical diagnosis. It is treated as one case in this hospital.
