众所周知,红薯是钓鲤鱼的最佳饵料,但红薯不好装饵令人烦恼。因为,红薯的品种较多,蒸熟之后有的很烂,根本无法挂牢。有的太硬鱼儿不爱吃。根据本人的经验,要克服这些不利因素可以从以下几个方面着手。 <一>选料:在购买红薯时应选择无虫蛀、红皮黄心或黄皮红心的两种红薯。前者较硬,后者较烂。 <二>蒸制:将红薯洗净上笼蒸熟(不必煮,否则太烂)。当闻到香味时用筷子挑较小块试插一下。感觉有些结实又可穿
