我厂在某产品的生产中,为满足强度及产品性能的要求,采用冲击式多孔焊接结沟。其材质为PCrNi3M。中碳铬镍钼高强钢。化学成分如表1所示,机械性能如表2所示。以往,多数重要的焊接结构一般都采用含碳量不大于0.2~0.22%的低碳低合金高强钢,而象PCrNi3Mo这种中碳铬镍钼高强钢,由于其含碳量较高(0.32-0.42%),合金元素多,焊接性能差,用来制造冲击式多孔焊
