Of 182 squint eyes in 103 cases of concomi-tant strabismus treated with plum-blossom need-le 15 to 105 sessions(average 37 sessions),thera-peutic effect was obtained in 179 eyes,an effec-tive rate of 98.3%.There was functional curein 57 eyes;i.e.normal position and visual acui-ty were restored,and in most cases that werefollowed up the effect was steady.Analysis ofthe data showed better results of the therapy inmild cases.
