一、系统的技术描述由于帕尔斯——84跳汰机控制系统的工业应用和发展,跳汰机洗煤效率得到了极大的改善。这个系统的控制装置可以容易地应用于不同结构和不同段数的跳汰机上。系统由微机MI—802的接线盒R和P、盘式空气阀、重产物排料装置及电源装置组成。微机MI—802是该系统的心脏,用于操纵过程的计算,并全面控制系统操作。微机发出的标准的控制信号通过接线盒P对盘式脉冲空气阀的电—气动分配器提供正确的调节。接线盒R对重产物排料装置的电动液压元件提供正确的调节。它还包含浮标传感器的电子线路。
I. Technical Description of System Due to the industrial application and development of the control system of Pars-84 jig, the efficiency of jig washing machine has been greatly improved. The control system of this system can easily be applied to jigs of different configurations and different numbers of stages. The system consists of junction box R and P of microcomputer MI-802, disc air valve, heavy material discharge device and power supply unit. Microcomputer MI-802 is the heart of the system, used to manipulate the process of calculation, and full control of system operation. The standard control signals from the microcomputer provide the correct adjustment of the electro-pneumatic distributor of the disk impulse air valve via terminal box P. Junction box R provides the correct adjustment of the electro-hydraulic components of the stock discharge. It also contains buoy sensor electronics.
