目的了解石嘴山市大武口区各级医疗机构消毒效果情况,为有效控制院内感染提供科学依据。方法采取随机抽样的方法对辖区内各级医疗机构消毒效果进行采样监测。结果 7年共采样3 306份,平均总合格率为89.3%,2005-2011年合格率呈上升趋势。结论大武口区各级医疗机构消毒效果从2008年起保持在较高水平,但空气指标合格率较低,存在发生院内感染的风险。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Dawukou District of Shizuishan City and provide a scientific basis for effective control of nosocomial infections. Methods A random sampling method was used to sample and monitor the disinfection effects of medical institutions at all levels in the area. Results A total of 3 306 samples were collected in 7 years, with an average total passing rate of 89.3%. The passing rate in 2005-2011 showed an upward trend. Conclusion The disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Dawukou maintained a relatively high level from 2008, but the pass rate of air index was low, which posed a risk of nosocomial infection.
