目的了解赤峰市居民食用盐含碘情况,更好地防治碘缺乏病。方法 2004-2011年每个旗县区按照《全国碘盐监测方案》要求抽取居民户食用盐。结果赤峰市共监测居民食用盐28 155份,非碘盐率0.72%,碘盐合格率98.59%,合格碘盐食用率97.89%。结论赤峰市居民食用盐加碘情况达到《实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估方案》的标准,且各项指标在逐渐提高,但还有部分地区存在非碘盐和不合格碘盐,需要进一步监管盐业市场。
Objective To understand the iodine content of salt in Chifeng City residents to better prevent and treat iodine deficiency disorders. Methods From 2004 to 2011, each flag county and district took out salt for household consumption according to the requirements of National Iodized Salt Monitoring Program. Results Chifeng City, a total of 28 155 residents monitoring salt consumption, non-iodized salt rate of 0.72%, iodized salt rate of 98.59%, 97.89% qualified iodized salt rate. Conclusion The situation of iodized salt consumption of residents in Chifeng City reached the standard of “Target Assessment Program to Eliminate Iodine Deficiency Disorders”, and the indicators are gradually increasing.
