改革开放以来,企业报得到了迅猛发展,目前仅取得全国统一刊号的企业报就有160多家。由于大多数企业报办报时间较短,办报条件和经验明显不足;企业报的采编人员较少,且大都是半路出家,基本上没有得到正规的新闻采编业务的训练;企业报在对经济效益的宣传上要求很高,既要宣传好经济效益,又要保守商业秘密:企业的党政领导对报纸的宣传十分重视,要求非常严格。上述特点决定了企业报总编肩上的担子有多重、责任有多大。几年来的工作实践,使我深深体会到要保质保量地完成企业报的采编、出版和发行工作,总编辑需具备如下基本素质:
