我院1992—1997年应用洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡155例,临床应用观察效果如下:1 一般资料 1.1 病例选择:病例均选自我院门诊和住院病人经胃镜检查诊断为胃溃疡65例,年龄20—62岁,男40例,女25例,十二指肠溃疡90例,年龄24—66岁,男62例,女28例。 1.2 用药方法:患者经胃镜检查确诊后,每日清晨空腹口服洛赛克20mg,十二指肠溃疡疗程为4周,胃溃疡疗程为6周,治疗期间不再用其它抗溃疡药物,疗程前后验血常规、尿常规、肝功、肾功,详细记录临床症状及药物反应。
