根据已有的双曲壳体冷却塔局部稳定试验,从模型试验的荷载组合、临界屈曲应力、应力状态、计算参数等多方面对其试验结果进行探讨,并根据再现计算和线性分支点屈曲结果对试验结果进行比较分析。尽管Mungan I的试验结果稳定可靠,但仅以喉部应力状态得到的屈曲判别准则并不能推广至整个壳体,以此得到的安全因子分布也与试验现象相悖。根据其试验结果对试验模型和冷却塔结构的环向临界屈曲应力分别进行修正,修正方法可以较好地反映试验现象和冷却塔结构不同部位的局部稳定水平。
According to the existing partial stability test of hyperbolic shell cooling tower, the test results are discussed from the aspects of load combination, critical buckling stress, stress state and calculation parameters of model test, and based on the calculation of recurrence and the result of linear branching buckling The test results were compared. Although the results of Mungan I are stable and reliable, the criterion of buckling based on laryngeal stress can not be generalized to the whole shell. The safety factor distribution obtained by this method is also contrary to the experimental phenomenon. According to the test results, the circumferential critical buckling stress of the test model and cooling tower structure are respectively corrected, and the correction method can better reflect the experimental phenomena and the local stability of different parts of the cooling tower structure.
