何谓正念“正念”(mindfulness)一词,源于佛教词汇,亦有“静观”等译法。从心理学的角度来说,它和冥想、催眠等技术一样,可以帮助人们将注意力集中在此时此地,专注于手头之事。以正念理念发展而来的诸多训练技术,如正念减压疗法、正念认知疗法,已被证实对各类神经症、成瘾行为等有很好的治疗效果。
What is meant by mindfulness? The word “mindfulness” comes from the Buddhist vocabulary, and also has translations such as “contemplation”. From a psychological point of view, like meditation, hypnosis and other technologies, it can help people focus their attention here and now. Many training techniques developed from the concept of mindfulness, such as mindfulness decompression therapy and mindfulness cognitive therapy, have been proven to have good therapeutic effects on various neurosis and addictive behaviors.
