目的探讨志贺杆菌致感染性腹泻的菌型分布及耐药性情况。方法对2008年1-9月份我院肠道门诊就诊疑为感染性腹泻的大便标本接种在SS培养基上进行分离培养并进行了血清学分型。对其中占优势的宋内Ⅰ相志贺菌进行了药敏试验。结果1334份标本共分离33株志贺菌,其中宋内志贺菌Ⅰ相菌占29株,福氏志贺菌2a型4株,以宋内志贺菌占优势(29/33);10种抗生素中,对环丙沙星和诺氟沙星敏感,对头孢噻肟敏感性较高,对其余的7种药物的耐药性都较高。结论本地区志贺菌所致感染性腹泻以宋内志贺菌占优势,原因可能与本地区环境卫生和个人卫生水平的提高、细菌的变异、医疗条件改善、培养的技术的提高等因素有关,同时提示应合理利用抗生素。
Objective To investigate the bacterial distribution and drug resistance of infectious diarrhea caused by Shigella. Methods Stool samples suspected to be infectious diarrhea in the intestinal clinic of our hospital from January to September in 2008 were inoculated on SS medium for isolation, culture and serological typing. Susceptibility test was carried out on Shigella flexneri I, which is the predominant one among them. Results A total of 33 Shigella strains were isolated from 1334 specimens, among which 29 strains of Shigella sonnei and 29 strains of Shigella flexneri were 2a, Of the antibiotics, they are sensitive to ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin, have a higher sensitivity to cefotaxime, and have higher resistance to the remaining seven drugs. Conclusion Shigella flexneri caused by infectious diarrhea in this area is predominant in Shigella sonnei, which may be related to the improvement of environmental hygiene and personal hygiene in this area, the variation of bacteria, the improvement of medical conditions and the improvement of culture techniques , At the same time suggest that the rational use of antibiotics.
