8月17日上午,省政府办公厅在伊春市伊春宾馆召开2002年度《黑龙江政报》宣传发行工作会议。省政府办公厅副主任马丁同志出席会议并讲话。全省各地、市及部分县(市)政府办公室主任参加了会议。黑龙江政报社社长马成川主持会议并作总结讲话。马丁主任在讲话中指出,《黑龙江政报》是省政府传达政令、宣传政策的重要载体,是搞好政权建设、做好行政工作的重要内容,是政府指导、推动工作的重要形式之一,是广大基层干部群众获取政策信息的一条主渠道,政报的特殊地位和作用必须充分发挥。因此,必须不断地扩大政报的发行量,更好地为广大干部群众服务,各地、各部门要站在“三个代表”的高度,切实发挥政府的职能作用,努力完成2002年度
On the morning of August 17, the provincial government general office held a publicity and publication work conference for the 2002 Heilongjiang Gazette in Yichun City, Yichun City. Mr. Martin, deputy director of the provincial government office attended and addressed the meeting. The director of the government office of all parts of the province, cities and some counties (cities) attended the meeting. Heilongjiang Gazette President Ma Chengchuan presided over the meeting and made concluding remarks. In his speech, Martin pointed out that “the Heilongjiang Gazette” is an important vehicle for the provincial government to convey government decrees and propaganda policies. It is an important part of building the political power and doing a good job of administrative work. It is one of the important forms for the government to guide and promote the work. It is a main channel for broad masses of grassroots cadres to obtain policy information. The special status and role of the political power must be brought into full play. Therefore, it is imperative to continuously expand the circulation of political posts and better serve the cadres and masses.
