中国文字改革委员会在京举行座谈会期间,胡乔木对文字改革工作提出重要意见。胡乔木同志谈到,过去我国文字改革工作是有很大成绩的,近年来又做了不少有益的事情。除继续推广普通话和推行《汉语拼音方案》,以及研究整理汉字取得成绩外,有两件事情值得很好重视。一件是黑龙江省以及其他一些地方进行的“注音识字,提前读写”实验。这项实验已在全国其他一些地方扎扎实实地扩大了,教育部已经肯定了,并且加强了领导,这很好。这项实验各地要坚持进行并努力搞好。当然,实验要有条件,才能取得成功;条件要准备充分,如领导重视,师资培训,教材编写,读物增加等。这项实验确实很有意义,
During the forum held by the Chinese Character Reform Commission in Beijing, Hu Qiaomu put forward important opinions on the reform of the text.
