复方珍珠片治疗偏头痛作者自配“复方珍珠片”治疗35例偏头痛,经半年至1年半的随访观察,和脑血流图检测效果尚好.本组病例中,多为发作性阵发性偏头痛,少数伴精神症状和烦躁不安、恐惧、多疑等。大部分患者过去曾间断或长期服用麦角胺与弱安静剂,症状未见明显改善。应用复方珍珠片治疗后,偏头痛明显减轻,精神及睡眠好转,饮食增加。复方珍珠片含珍珠层粉0.5克,利眠灵5毫克.每天2～3次,每次口服2片,可连服1～2个月。服药期间未发现不良反应。
