ICRP第一委员会1982年学术会议于10月4日至9日在意大利米兰的郊区城镇Ispra召开。ICRP是1932年成立的一个国际辐射防护的学术权威机构,是科学家的民间学术组织,不受任何国家与政治团体的影响。全部成员共50人,由世界各国科学专家中遴选,任期一期4年,连选可连任。经费由WHO、IAEA、NCRP等组织提供。 ICRP的学术权威性在于世界各国所制订的有关电离辐射的防护标准及有关规定皆遵循它的建议,我国亦然。它所提出最根本的一些指导原则与建议,供各国主管当局结合本国情况加以考虑及应用。它下设四个委员会:
The 1982 ICRC First Committee Academic Meeting was held from October 4-9 in Ispra, a suburb of Milan, Italy.
