一、前言齿輪传动啮合效率,以前虽进行了許多研究工作,但因其內包含了軸承等另件的摩擦損失,所以是不甚精确的。設計該試驗台的目的,就是为了测定齿輪传动的啮合純效率。更主要的是研究圓弧齿輪基本参数(L-啮合点的相对偏移距,δ—节圓柱的螺旋升角,α_δ—压力角)对摩擦损耗的影响,从而合理选择齿輪几何参数,探討新齿形的設計。同时,該試驗台也可以进行接触疲劳強度、胶合等方面的研究。 設計工作在太原工学院朱景梓副院长具体指导下进行,参加設計和試制的主要有山西机器厂、山西矿业学院、太原鉄路机械学校、太原重型机器厂等9个厂校。
