教学反思已经成为教学以及开展科研工作的重要方式之一,通过教学反思,可以有效提高教师的专业教学水平,提升教学的质量。新课改对高中英语教师提出了全新的要求,所以在实际教学中教师要做好教学反思工作,在理论指导的基础上开展教学活动,从而提升课堂教学效果。基于此,本文笔者针对高中英语教师进行教学反思做了简要阐述,并提出了几点个人看法,仅供参考。
Teaching reflection has become one of the important ways of teaching and carrying out scientific research. Through teaching reflection, teachers’ professional teaching level can be effectively improved and teaching quality improved. The new curriculum reform put forward new requirements for high school English teachers. Therefore, in practical teaching, teachers should do a good job in teaching reflective work and carry out teaching activities on the basis of theoretical guidance so as to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Based on this, the author of this article for high school English teachers to conduct a brief review of teaching and made a few personal views, for reference purposes only.
