近期,一则关于老年农民工“吃肉包体力,染发躲检查”的新闻,再次把农民工社会保障这个问题带入人们的视线。当前我国社会保障体系包括:社会保险、社会福利、社会救助。当前农民工享有社会保障权益受到损害,主要原因有:关于农民工社会保障制度不完善、社会保障主体责任缺失等。这些原因使得农民工的合法权益受到损害,利益的损害很可能会激化农民工与政府矛盾,并最终影响社会和谐。
