目的探讨瘦素和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及两者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例NSCLC及其癌周正常肺组织中瘦素、VEGF表达。结果瘦素及VEGF在NSCLC中表达均高于癌周正常肺组织(85%vs.40%和75%vs.30%)(P<0.05),且两者的表达呈正相关(r=0.736,P<0.01)。其与肿瘤的淋巴转移情况、分化程度及TNM分期密切相关,但与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤类型没有相关性。结论瘦素和VEGF与NSCLC的发生密切相关。瘦素可能通过上调VEGF的表达而在NSCLC的浸润和转移中发挥了一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of leptin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the relationship between them. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of leptin and VEGF in 40 cases of NSCLC and its normal peritumoral tissues. Results The expression of leptin and VEGF in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (85% vs. 40% and 75% vs. 30%, P <0.05), and the positive correlation was found between them (r = 0.736, P <0.01). It is closely related to the lymphatic metastasis, differentiation and TNM stage of the tumor, but not to the patient’s age, sex and tumor type. Conclusion Leptin and VEGF are closely related to the occurrence of NSCLC. Leptin may play a role in the infiltration and metastasis of NSCLC by up-regulating the expression of VEGF.
