目的探讨毛细胞血管扩张型骨肉瘤(TOS)的早期诊断及规范化治疗。方法4例毛细胞血管扩张型骨肉瘤患者,骨干2例,干骺端2例;3例行截肢手术治疗,1例保肢治疗;3例行系统的术后化疗,1例行术前化疗。结果经3～30个月(平均11.5个月)的随访,无局部复发,3例发生肺转移死亡,1例无瘤存活。结论毛细胞血管扩张型骨肉瘤预后差,应重视其早期诊断和规范化治疗。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and standardization of hair cell-dilated osteosarcoma (TOS). Methods Four patients with vasodilatory osteosarcoma were divided into two groups: 2 cases in the backbone and 2 cases in the metaphysis; 3 cases received limb amputation and 1 limb salvage treatment; 3 cases received systematic postoperative chemotherapy and 1 case received preoperative chemotherapy . Results After 3 to 30 months (average 11.5 months), no local recurrence was found. Three patients died of lung metastasis and one patient survived without tumor. Conclusion Hair cells with vasodilative osteosarcoma have poor prognosis and should pay attention to its early diagnosis and standardization.
