以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶和丁腈橡胶为基料,以炭黑为导电填料,通过模压法制备中压电缆用半导电绝缘屏蔽层胶料。考察了炭黑的用量、润滑剂的复配、硫化剂的用量及密炼机混炼工艺对胶料性能的影响。实验结果表明:炭黑用量为45份、润滑剂(微晶蜡∶硬脂酸锌∶润滑剂A的质量配合比为3∶2∶2)、硫化剂用量为3份时,胶料的体积电阻率为21Ω·cm,拉伸强度为15.6MPa,断裂伸长率为260%,门尼黏度为32,邵氏硬度为78,使用性能和工艺性能均能达到中压电缆的性能要求。混炼时间为12min,密炼机转子转速为40r/min,能提高胶料的导电性能和改善胶料的拉伸强度。
With ethylene - vinyl acetate rubber and nitrile rubber as the base material, carbon black as the conductive filler, prepared by molding medium voltage cable with semi-conductive insulating rubber compound. The effects of the amount of carbon black, the compounded lubricant, the amount of vulcanizing agent and the mixing process of internal mixer on the properties of rubber compound were investigated. The experimental results show that when the amount of carbon black is 45 parts, the mass of lubricant (microcrystalline wax: zinc stearate: lubricant A is 3: 2: 2) and the amount of curing agent is 3 parts, Resistivity of 21Ω · cm, tensile strength of 15.6MPa, elongation at break of 260%, Mooney viscosity of 32, Shore hardness of 78, the use of performance and process performance can reach the performance requirements of medium voltage cables.
