采用铈-三乙醇胺配合物为前驱体,将其配成不同浓度的水溶液,分别在不同pH值条件下,在高压釜中于200℃进行水热水解。研究发现,前驱体浓度小于4.0g/50mL,pH值大于3.0条件下可以合成出纳米CeO_2颗粒,颗粒粒径小于10nm,且大小均一,分散均匀。紫外分析表明,纳米CeO_2产物具有优异的紫外吸收性能,在紫外吸收材料领域具有潜在应用价值。研究还表明,合成的纳米CeO_2对甲基橙几乎无催化降解作用,可以应用于化妆品等含有机成分体系中。
The cerium-triethanolamine complex was used as a precursor to form the aqueous solution with different concentrations. Hydrothermal hydrolysis was carried out in an autoclave at 200 ° C. under different pH values. The results showed that nano-CeO 2 particles can be synthesized when the precursor concentration is less than 4.0g / 50mL and the pH value is greater than 3.0. The particle size is less than 10nm and uniform in size. UV analysis shows that the nano-CeO 2 product has excellent UV absorption properties and has potential application in the field of UV absorbing materials. The study also shows that the synthesized nano-CeO 2 has almost no catalytic degradation effect on methyl orange and can be used in organic-containing system such as cosmetics.
