国库集中支付制度是我国公共财政体制改革的一个重要组成部分,其在各级政府以及单位中得到了广泛的应用和推广。目前,乡镇国库集中支付制度的推行深化了国库集中支付制度改革,但在实际工作中仍然不同程度地存在一些问题。笔者从事国库集中支付工作多年,现试就如何改善乡镇国库集中支付模式,增强制度的运行效益进行探析。
The treasury centralized payment system is an important part of the public financial system reform in our country. It has been widely applied and popularized at all levels of government and units. At present, the implementation of centralized treasury payment system in towns and villages deepens the reform of treasury centralized payment system, but there are still some problems in actual work to varying degrees. The author engaged in treasury centralized payment for many years, now try to improve the mode of centralized payment of township treasury to enhance the operating efficiency of the system to conduct an analysis.
