煤矿这一行业具有自身的特殊性,条件比较艰苦,在各种行业之中,煤矿企业人员的压力一直排在前列。压力太大,会影响到煤矿员工的身心健康,同时还会使工作效率降低,严重的话还会导致安全隐患。本文首先介绍了煤矿企业员工压力产生原因,然后提出几点管理措施,以供参考。
