目的:“小导师”制应用于高校《基础护理学》教学中的实效性。方法:回顾分析我院2013级3年制护理学专科学生252人采用“小导师”制应用于《基础护理学》教学中的临床资料。结果:观察组学生《基础护理学》考核成绩优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.22,P<0.05)。结论:通过培养小导师,有助于在实际教学中培养学生的自学能力、解决问题能力、团队协作及管理能力。
Objective: The effectiveness of “Little Tutor” system applied in the teaching of “Basic Nursing” in colleges and universities. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital 2013 grade 3 year Nursing students 252 people using “little tutor ” system used in “basic nursing” teaching clinical data. Results: The excellent and good rate of “Basic Nursing” examination in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2 = 5.22, P <0.05). Conclusion: Through the training of young tutors, it helps to cultivate students’ self-learning skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork and management skills in practical teaching.
