1.概述。 我公司研制成功的大电流(4000A~10000A)磁粉探伤设备,一台机通常有16~24个输入输出电接头,以前都是用普通螺栓、螺母、防震圈紧固联接而成的,用户反应在探伤机工作过程中,由于输入输出电流较大,电缆振动比较厉害,时常发生螺栓松动,导致充退磁电流下降,或发生打火损坏接触面等现象,直接影响使用性能,缩短机器寿命。近年来,我们经过实践,采用厌氧胶进行锁固防松,解决这一难题,取得了很大的成功。
