证据制度在反倾销法中的地位十分重要,可以说,反倾销程序中,最复杂和最重要的问题就是证据问题。本文就证据的搜集与提供、证据的提供和证据的采用三个方面对该问题进行阐述,并结合了世界贸易组织的争端解决案例进行说明。
The status of the evidence system in the anti-dumping law is very important. It can be said that the most complex and important issue in the anti-dumping procedure is the issue of evidence. This paper elaborates on the collection and provision of evidence, the provision of evidence and the adoption of evidence, and explains the case of dispute settlement by the World Trade Organization.
