湖南省湘潭市市属机械工业企业共有28户,在岗会计人员482人。自《会计法》颁布以来,广大财会人员满怀热情地学习、宣传、执行《会计法》,从而使《会计法》得到了较好的实施,会计工作发生了深刻的变化。具体表现在:一、法制观念有所增强会计工作是要有规矩的。过去,虽然也有各种法令、制度,但在实际工作中,由于各方面的原因,不同程度地存在着有章不循,或者无章可依。《会计法》是会计领域的根本大法,对会计工作起到统帅作用。《会计法》颁发时,我们系统组织认真的学习,深入广泛地开展宣传活动,举办知识竞赛。今年是《会计法》修正后的第一年,我们组织广大财会人员参加了《会
