目的:探讨MCS+血细胞分离机进行治疗性血液成分单采的临床疗效。方法:采用MCS+血细胞分离机按疾病分组,选用不同的治疗方案对73例患者进行治疗性血液成分单采。结果:73例患者经过1~7次的治疗性单采,与单采前相比,16例血小板增多患者血小板明显下降(P<0.05);25例白血病患者白细胞明显下降(P<0.05);28例血浆置换患者临床症状得到不同程度的改善;4例红细胞增多症患者血红蛋白、红细胞和红细胞压积均明显下降(P<0.05)。MCS+血细胞分离机进行治疗性血液成分单采总有效率在92.9%~100%。结论:MCS+血细胞分离机进行治疗性血液成分单采能有效地去除患者血液中有害(病理性)成分,减少药物治疗的一些不良反应。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of MCS + blood cell separator in the treatment of apheresis. Methods: The MCS + blood cell separator was used to divide the patients according to the disease, and 73 patients were selected for the treatment of blood components by different treatments. Results: Thirty - seven patients were treated with 1 ~ 7 times of therapeutic apheresis. The platelet counts of 16 patients with thrombocytosis were significantly decreased (P <0.05) compared with those of patients with apheresis. The leukocyte count of 25 patients with leukemia was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The clinical symptoms of 28 patients with plasma exchange were improved to some extent. The hemoglobin, erythrocyte and hematocrit of 4 patients with polycythemia were significantly decreased (P <0.05). MCS + blood cell separator apheresis therapeutic blood total effective rate of 92.9% to 100%. Conclusion: The MCS + blood cell separator can effectively remove the harmful (pathological) components of the blood and reduce the adverse reactions of the drug treatment.
