在华南生态稻区鉴定评价2270份国际水稻种质资源对白叶枯病的抗性,结果表明,参试材料对华南优势致病菌系Ⅳ型菌的抗性为高抗(1级)500份占22.03%,抗(3级)617份占27.18%,中感(5级)355份占15.64%,感(7级)373份占16.43%,高感(9级)425份占18.72%;对华南强毒菌系Ⅴ型菌的抗性为高抗(1级)131份占8.23%,抗(3级)322份占20.23%,中感(5级)292份占18.34%,感(7级)422份占26.50%,高感(9级)425份占26.70%;对Ⅳ和Ⅴ型菌双抗的有411份,占25.82%。筛选出BG1222、IRBB5、IRBB7、IRBB203等一批抗病兼有较好农艺性状的种质资源,抗性遗传分析发现BG1222携带抗病新基因,并定位于第1染色体上;在抗源创新利用方面,育成了一批优质抗病新品系,其中利用IRBB5(xa5)育成华南首个抗白叶枯病强毒菌系Ⅴ型菌优质水稻新品种白香占。
The resistance of 2270 international rice germplasm resources to bacterial leaf blight was evaluated in the ecological rice area of South China. The results showed that the resistance of the tested materials to the type Ⅳ bacteria of dominant pathogenic bacteria in South China was high resistance (Grade 1) 500 Accounting for 22.03%, 617 (27.18%), 355 (15.64%), 373 (16.43%), and 425 (9), accounting for 18.72% 131 (8.23%) were resistant to virulent strains of V. sclerotiorum in south China, 322 (20.23%) in resistant (Grade 3), and 292 (18.34%) in susceptible (Grade 5) 422) accounted for 26.50%, high sensitivity (9) 425 accounted for 26.70%; pairs of Ⅳ and Ⅴ strains of double-antibody 411, accounting for 25.82%. A number of germplasm resources, such as BG1222, IRBB5, IRBB7 and IRBB203, with good agronomic traits were screened out. Genetic analysis of resistance showed that BG1222 could carry novel disease-resistance genes and locate on chromosome 1. In the aspect, a series of new strains with high quality disease resistance were bred. Among them, IRBB5 (xa5) was used to breed Bai Xiangzhan, the first high-quality new rice variety with high virulence of bacterial blight against bacterial leaf blight in southern China.
