2005年以来,中铁四局五公司按照“在继承中创新,在创新中发展”的思路,提出了建设执行文化的基本框架和工作重点。经过一个时期的策划、宣传和实施,执行文化逐步从概念传播走向理念渗透,从思想发动走向具体实践,从典型带动走向共同参与,得到了公司上下的广泛认同。2006年以来,又提出了深化执行文化的实施意见,继续对建设以执行为导向的企业文化进行了探索和实践,切实增强了执行文化建设的针对性和实效性,提升了企业核心竞争力。
Since 2005, the five companies of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway Group have put forward the basic framework and priorities for building an execution culture in accordance with the idea of “making innovations in succession and developing in innovation”. After a period of planning, publicity and implementation, the executive culture gradually permeated from conceptual dissemination to ideation, from ideological mobilization to concrete practice, and from typical evolvement to common participation, which was widely recognized by the Company. Since 2006, it has also put forward suggestions on how to deepen the implementation of the executive culture. It has also continued to explore and implement the construction of an executive-oriented corporate culture, effectively enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of the implementation of the culture of execution and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
