随着改革开放的深入推进,三十多年来我国经济持续发展,因此人们对居住环境的要求也在不断提高,特别是人们对工业化住宅的广泛需求推进了我国建筑行业的不断发展与进步。尽管工业化住宅的建设在这几十年的发展过程中取得了明显的发展成效,但是与国外的发达国家和地区相比,依然存在诸多的不足和缺陷,不仅工业化住宅的工程管理管理水平不高,而且在实际的发展中依然还停留在初期的粗放型发展状态,难以满足当前新形势下我国经济社会发展的巨大需求。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s economy has been developing continuously for more than three decades. Therefore, people’s requirements for living environment are also constantly increasing. In particular, the extensive demand for industrialized houses has promoted the continuous development and progress of China’s construction industry. Although the construction of industrialized housing has made remarkable achievements in the development of these decades, there are still many deficiencies and shortcomings compared with developed countries and regions in foreign countries. Not only is the management level of industrialized housing not high, However, in the actual development, it still stays in the initial extensive development status and can hardly meet the huge demand of our country’s economic and social development in the current new situation.
