根据棉蚜与棉花的种间互作关系,本文从次生代谢角度,研究了不同类型品种棉苗在棉蚜为害胁迫下,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、多酚含量的变化及其对抗蚜性表现和后期棉蚜种群数量消长所产生的影响。结果表明,受蚜害诱导后,PAL和PPO活性及多酚含量均有不同程度的上升。与感蚜品种相比,抗蚜品种上升快,峰值高,防御反应及时有效。这种诱导抗蚜性强弱在不同基因型间存在差异,与蚜害指数高低呈负相关关系。
