利用多元分析法对 49 个二棱型啤酒大麦育种材料的 7 个主要性状指标进行了主成份分析与聚类分析。主成份分析结果表明:第 1~6 主成份依次为:穗粒重、穗粒数、穗长、千粒重、株高、芒长等诸因子。在育种中,按照此排序,应协调好与产量密切相关的第 1~4 主成份之间的关系;为达到啤酒工业的要求应重视对千粒重这一指标的选择;另外,大麦极易倒伏,应特别注意矮杆后代的选择。聚类分析结果显示:将二棱型啤酒大麦分为以下 4 类:Ι类为千粒重高,植株高;Ⅱ类为穗长较短,其他穗部性状中等;Ⅲ类为穗短,穗粒数少,穗粒重和千粒重均低;Ⅳ类为分孽数多,穗较长,千粒重高。
The principal component analysis and cluster analysis of seven main characters of 49 two-row beer barley breeding materials were conducted by multivariate analysis. The results of principal component analysis showed that the main components of the first to the sixth were as follows: the weight of spike per panicle, the number of spike per panicle, the spike length, the weight of 1000-grain, the height of plant and the length of mantle.
