概述 谏壁电厂(7号炉)和姚孟电厂2号炉均为上海锅炉厂生产的1000吨/时直流锅炉,它与上锅生产的935吨/时锅炉相比,在设计上有一些改动;其中包括为了便于等焓切分和缩短开始切分的时间而把启动旁路系统移往低温过热器后(图1)。 该两台锅炉先后在1980年启动并网后,发现低温过热器出口汽温最高曾达450℃左右,远远超出设计值409℃,严重危及了全由碳钢制成的启动旁路系统阀门及管道的安全。这一问题若不及时解决锅炉便不能正常
