新生儿糖尿病在临床上较少见。笔者曾遇到2例,现报告如下: 例1,李某,男,4天,足月顺产,孕母年龄21岁,以呼吸困难半天入院。查体:一般情况差,反应迟钝,面色灰黄,呼吸深长,有双吸气,心脏及腹部检查无明显异常,四肢肌张力低,指趾端发绀。化验:白血球12400,中性72%,淋巴细胞28%。入院后给予吸氧,青霉素、庆大霉素抗感
Neonatal diabetes is clinically rare. The author has encountered two cases, are as follows: Example 1, Lee, male, 4 days, full-term pregnancy, pregnant mother aged 21 years old, admitted to hospital with breathing difficulties for half a day. Physical examination: poor general condition, unresponsive, pale yellow, long breathing, double breathing, no abnormal heart and abdominal examination, low limb muscle tension, toe cyanosis. Laboratory tests: 12400 white blood cells, 72% neutral, 28% lymphocytes. Give oxygen after admission, penicillin, gentamicin resistance
