胃食管返流(GOR)是小儿消化道最常见的疾病之一,偶尔可以并发返流性食管炎。幽门螺杆菌通常和胃、十二指肠炎症有关。所以,在返流性食管炎的发病机理上,此微生物起了作用。在1987年3月~1988年9月,我们对80名小儿,平均年龄3岁(2周~15岁),男/女为42/38例,表现有胃食管返流患儿进行了研究。作食管胃内窥镜观察有否食道炎,并从胃食管接合部上2cm处取活组织检查,定有否组织学炎症。胃上端和食管下端作培养
Gastroesophageal reflux (GOR) is one of the most common diseases in children with digestive tract, occasionally with reflux esophagitis. Helicobacter pylori is usually associated with inflammation of the stomach and duodenum. So, in the pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis, this microorganism played a role. From March 1987 to September 1988, we conducted a study of 80 infants with an average age of 3 years (range, 2 weeks to 15 years) and 42/38 males and females with gastroesophageal reflux disease. For esophagoscopy endoscopic observation of esophagitis, and from the gastroesophageal junction 2cm take biopsy, whether there is histological inflammation.
