水利工程施工进度安排,历史上多沿用横道图法。这种方法的优点是方便、直观、易懂,但不能反映工序之间的逻辑关系和相互依赖关系,施工人员不易抓住重点,容易造成窝工浪费,引起经济损失。国外在六十年代就盛行用网络计划新技术编制施工进度和资源计划。我国已故著名数学家华罗庚教授也早已提倡引用这种新技术。目前我国在科研、生产、水利等部门已逐步推广使用,并已取得效果。为了使这种新技术能在我省水利工程施工管理中推广应用,现以××市第二热电厂江边水泵站工程为例,利用网络法原理对工程的工期和费用的优化问题(资源优化从略),做点粗浅尝试,望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。
