西宁市、各自治州人民政府,海东行署: 据气象部门分析,由于今年省内大部分地区降水比历年同期偏多5—15%,加之前一段时间持续高温,近期有可能出现大暴雨或短时间强降水天气,从而引发泥石流、滑坡、塌陷等地质灾害。因此,各级政府和有关部门一定要高度重视,认真落实《青海省2000年度地质灾害防灾预案》。当前重点做好以下几方面工作。一、做好地质灾害宣传,增强防灾意识。各地要结合本地实际情况,充分利用广播、电视、黑板报等宣传媒体,广泛宣传防治地质灾害的重要性,增强广大人民群众的防灾意识,
According to the analysis by the meteorological department, precipitation in most parts of the province is 5-15% more than that in the same period of last year. In addition, the previous period of sustained high temperature may cause heavy rain or short period of time in the near future. Heavy precipitation weather, which led to debris flow, landslides, collapses and other geological disasters. Therefore, all levels of government and relevant departments must attach great importance to conscientiously implement the “Preventive Plan for Geological Hazards in Qinghai Province for the Year 2000”. The current focus on doing the following aspects of work. First, do a good job of geological disaster propaganda, enhance awareness of disaster prevention. All localities should make full use of the propaganda media such as radio, television and blackboard newspapers in light of the actual local conditions to widely publicize the importance of preventing and controlling geological disasters and enhance the people’s awareness of disaster prevention.
