为了评估要求做准分子激光角膜切削术患者的角膜地形图状况,我们对152例(162眼)患者的角膜地形图进行了回顾性分析。结果表明,162眼中38眼(23.46%)有异常角膜地形图改变,如不规则散光、丧失辐射性对称和缺少正常角膜的由中心向边缘的逐渐性变扁平。其中2例(3眼)被诊断为圆锥形角膜。3例(4眼)可疑为圆锥形角膜,需进一步随访观察。激光角膜切削术前角膜地形图检查,以及对有异常角膜地形图改变的处理是手术必不可少的一个步骤。一旦术前发现有角膜接触镜引起的角膜变形和其它潜在的扩张性角膜病变,这些将被排除在手术范围之外,从而大大提高了激光角膜切削术的有效性和安全性。
To assess the condition of the corneal topography required for excimer laser keratectomy, we performed a retrospective analysis of corneal topography in 152 patients (162 eyes). The results showed that 38 of 162 (23.46%) had abnormal corneal topography changes, such as irregular astigmatism, loss of radiometric symmetry and lack of normal corneal center-to-edge progressive flattening. Two of them (3 eyes) were diagnosed as conical corneas. 3 cases (4 eyes) suspicious conical cornea, requiring further follow-up observation. Corneal topography before laser corneal incision, as well as the treatment of abnormal corneal topography changes is an essential step in surgery. Once a preoperative corneal contact lens-induced corneal deformation and other potential expansion of the corneal disease, these will be excluded from the scope of surgery, thus greatly improving the effectiveness and safety of laser keratomileusis.
