The problem of shortening the freeze-drying time of biochemical products was studied on the scale of industrial production. The effects of cooling rate, heating rate and system pressure on the freeze-drying time were also discussed. Based on the experiment, the freeze-drying process conditions were improved. Human leukocyte interferon lyophilization time reduced from 38h to 24h.
