神经肽Y(NPY)是调节中枢和未稍神经系统的调节肽,最近发现在鼠和自身免疫性鼠的神经内分泌肿瘤中也存在,但未见于人的骨髓。为了发现NPY在血液生成系统的作用,对急性白血病小儿血浆的NPY样免疫活性(P-NPY-LI)和NPY信息核糖核酸(mRNA)进行了研究。
Neuropeptide Y (NPY) is a regulatory peptide that regulates the central and non-slight nervous system and has recently been found in neuroendocrine tumors in murine and autoimmune mice, but has not been found in human bone marrow. In order to discover the role of NPY in the blood system, NPY-like immunoreactivity (P-NPY-LI) and NPY information ribonucleic acid (mRNA) were studied in children with acute leukemia.
