为了探索棉花高产栽培技术,我们学习吴吉昌劳模的植棉技术,进行幼苗摘顶,培育双杆棉试验。试验面积为1.2亩,棉种是本公社雷港大队从沪棉204系统选育的一个优系“47”号品种。4月18日播种,27日见苗,5月15日定苗,5月31日至6月1日摘顶。双杆棉采用三种不同的行株距配置方式(宽窄行、宽行窄株、等行),以单杆棉作对照。据调查结果,双杆棉均表现增产,其中宽行窄株的双杆棉,亩产皮棉165.7斤,比对照135.4斤增产22.3%;等行距的亩产
