观察慢性肺心病急性期呼吸衰竭，非呼吸衰竭与正常人的红细胞C3b受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率的改变，发现在肺心病急性期红细胞C3b受体花环率较正常人下降，而红细胞免疫复合物花环率较正常人增高，提示在慢性肺心病急性期红细胞的免疫功能呈低下状态．
To observe the changes of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate and erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate in chronic pulmonary heart disease acute respiratory failure, non-respiratory failure and normal people and found that in the acute stage of chronic cor pulmonale erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate is lower than that of normal people Red blood cell immune complexes wreath rate higher than normal, suggesting that acute phase of chronic cor pulmonale erythrocyte immune function was low state.
