近日,由李毅民撰写的《情系红印花—邮坛伉俪王纪泽与张包平之》一书即将付梓。当年,王纪泽和夫人张包平之把毕生心血归集而成的《红印花专集》义捐国家,曾轰动邮坛,令人敬仰,本书即讲述了这对邮坛前辈的集邮故事。曾任国家邮政局邮资票品司司长的刘建辉为本书作序,在这篇序言中他结合红印花邮票产生的历史背景有感而发,引出了一些发人深省的思考,在此摘录如下,与同好分享。
